I recently had the pleasure of speaking to a younger group at American Greetings . 

Key messages included stress and how essentially, at the bottom of all stress is fear.  

When we have a feeling of stress, and we really take a look underneath the emotion, it is clear that what is happening is fear of something. How do we learn to deal with situations that create stress? For starters, it's helpful to just pause, and take some deep breaths.  

These American Greetings folks posed meaningful questions that facilitated great discussions.I'd love to help light up your group, too!!
