- Have you ever worked with a Life Coach before?
No I have not worked with a Life Coach before! It was a little intimidating at first; I did not know where to start. However, I knew I needed to step out of my comfort zone and connect with someone.
- What compelled you to work with Ann?
I lost someone extremely close to me this past year. In her absence I realized I needed to supplement the sources from which I was receiving guidance and support in my life. This is what motivated me to work with Ann.
- What is a typical session with Ann like?
A typical session with Ann is always different because my needs are constantly evolving. Sometimes it is hard to gather my thoughts when I first sit down but she always helps me collect and focus. I leave my session feeling reorganized, motivated and like I have a better handle on the tasks at hand. I also really enjoy being candid with someone I respect, without judgement. Sometimes that's exactly what I need to move forward and own my thoughts.
- How has Ann helped you? Have you felt results?
Ann has helped me move in to a space of abundance by simply changing the way I think. Our reality exists solely in the repetitive thoughts in our minds. Replacing feelings of inadequacy with constant gratefulness no matter the situation, is easier said than done...but once the door opens, the path is clear. The other really insightful teaching I have taken away from my sessions, is how closely integrated my professional passion is with my service to the world. When you stand in your purpose, you are doing a great service to everyone around you. When these pieces are in line, all the good things come...happiness, financial freedom, love, experiences, everything.
- Would you recommend Ann's life coaching services to your peers?
I respected Ann prior to working with her, and spending one on one time with her has only elevated my opinion. I know she will continue to play a part in my success and I recommend her to anyone. She has vast knowledge and a far reach, she can meet you where you're at and help you grow!
